FLASH FLOOD/SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 520 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH

   ...SOUTH CENTRAL KANE COUNTY
 
AT 345 PM MDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS DETECTED BY DOPPLER
RADAR.  THE STORM WAS ABOUT 20 MILES EAST OF KANAB AND WAS MOVING
NORTH OVER HIGHWAY 89...HEADED FOR THE GRAND STAIRCASE NATIONAL
MONUMENT.  FLASH FLOODING...LARGE HAIL...AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS
CAN BE EXPECTED FORM THIS STORM
