FLASH FLOOD/SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 705 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH

   ...CENTRAL GARFIELD COUNTY
   ...CENTRAL KANE COUNTY
 
AT 530 PM MDT DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
MOVING NORTHWARD FROM CENTRAL KANE COUNTY INTO SOUTHCENTRAL GARFIELD
COUNTY.  ACCORDING TO DOPPLER RADAR THIS STORM IS VERY DANGEROUS
AND HAS LIKELY PRODUCED LARGE HAIL AND POSSIBLY FUNNEL CLOUDS OR
SMALL TORNADOES.  AT 530 PM THE STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR GROSVENOR
ARCH IN NORTHCENTRAL KANE COUNTY.

FLASH FLOODING IS CONSIDERED IMMINENT WITH THIS STORM...ESPECIALLY
ALONG THE WASHES FROM GROSVENOR ARCH TO HIGHWAY 89.
 
DO NOT TRY TO OUTRACE A FLASH FLOOD...EVITHER ON FOOT OR IN YOUR
VEHICLE.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
