FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  145 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHWEST WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...LOGAN COUNTY
 
AT 1010 PM RADAR INDICATES THAT BETWEEN 1.50 AND 2.00 INCHES OF RAIN
HAVE FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF EASTERN LOGAN COUNTY IN THE VICINITY OF
LAKE AND SHARPLES. HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE OVER THE
WARNED AREA.
