FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...WESTERN BARBOUR COUNTY
 
CHARLESTON WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THAT BETWEEN 1.5 TO 2.0 INCHES OF
RAINFALL HAD FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
TO AFFECT THE REGION UNTIL 5 OR 6 PM. PERSONS WHO LIVE
NEAR ELK CREEK SHOULD TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS AND PREPARE FOR FLASH
