FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN NORTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...WESTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY
 
RADAR INDICATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN DURING THE LAST 1
HOUR WITH GAGE AMOUNTS AROUND 1.5 INCHES AT BLUE ROCK.... ADDITIONAL
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL DURING THE NEXT TWO HOURS. AREAS
THAT NORMALLY FLOOD OR LOW LYING AREAS A PRONE TO FLASH FLOODING. THE
 AREA THAT WILL BE HARDEST HIT IS THE WESTERN HALF OF RANDOLPH COUNTY.
