WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AND SATELLITE IMAGERY BOTH SHOW A COUPLE OF LARGE
THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA. RAIN IS FALLING AT THE RATE OF AN
INCH AND A HALF AN HOUR OVER MUCH OF THE WARNED AREAS. SUCH RAINFALL IS
SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
