FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  145 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...S...

WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AND SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOWS LARGE AND GROWING
THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WEST VIRGINIA COUNTIES INDICATED IN THIS WARNING.
THESE STORMS ARE SLOW MOVERS WITH EXTREMELY INTENSE RAIN. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF ABOUT TWO INCHES WITHIN AN HOUR HAVE BEEN BOTH REPORTED AND
ESTIMATED IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS OF THE WARNING AREAS.  THIS RAINFALL IS
MORE THAN SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
 
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING AND MOVING TOWARD THESE AREAS
POSING AN ADDITIONAL FLOODING THREAT.
