IN WEST PENNSYLVANIA ...FAYETTE COUNTY...GREENE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA ...MARION COUNTY...MONONGALIA COUNTY...PRESTON COUNTY AT 250 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED WIDESPREAD RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...CONTINUING ACROSS GREENE AND FAYETTE COUNTIES IN EXTREME SOUTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA AND ACROSS MARION MONONGALIA AND NORTHERN PRESTON COUNTY. THIS AREA HAS ALREADY RECEIVED ENOUGH RAINFALL TO BRING AREA STREAMS AND CREEKS TO BANKFULL.
