IN WEST VIRGINIA ...WETZEL COUNTY IN THE WEST VIRGINIA PANHANDLE ...MARSHALL COUNTY AT 1250 AM A SKYWARN SPOTTER IN WETZEL COUNTY REPORTED THAT WILLIAMS RUN NEAR NEW MARTINSVILLE WAS OVER ITS BANKS AND FLOODING PART OF ROUTE 2. OTHER STREAMS IN THE COUNTY WERE RUNNING NEAR BANKFULL. ADDITIONAL RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH THROUGH WETZEL AND MARSHALL COUNTIES EARLY THIS MORNING. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL PRODUCE SUFFICIENT RUNOFF TO PUSH OTHER STREAMS OUT OF THEIR BANKS AND CAUSE FURTHER ROAD FLOODING.
