A SKYWARN SPOTTER LOCATED JUST EAST OF FARMINGTON HAS REPORTED THAT
DEADMAN'S RUN IS OUT OF ITS BANKS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL ACROSS THE COUNTY
MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF STREAMS...BASEMENTS AND LOW-LYING AREAS.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
