THUNDERSTORMS CONTAINING TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST
ACROSS CARROLL COUNTY. MCGUIRE CREEK IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF THE COUNTY
AND ITS TRIBUTARIES HAVE RECEIVED THE MOST RAIN SO FAR. OTHER STREAMS
AND CREEKS IN CARROLL COUNTY MAY ALSO RECEIVE RAINFALL HEAVY ENOUGH TO
CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
