FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
 
   ...COLUMBIANA COUNTY
 
THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST
ACROSS COLUMBIANA COUNTY. COLUMBIANA COUNTY OFFICIALS HAVE REPORTED
THAT TWO FEET OF WATER COVERED ELKTON AND METZ ROADS JUST WEST OF THE
TOWN OF COLUMBIANA.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT.
