THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE FLOODING RAIN...DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL... ...THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT OVER THE REST OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...
