IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK ...WESTCHESTER COUNTY A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING INTO THE COUNTY FROM ROCKLAND COUNTY AND WILL BE IN THE TERRYTOWN AREA BY 245 PM AND IN THE WHITE PLAINS AREA BY 300 PM.
