FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK
 
   ...ORANGE COUNTY
 
AT 1200 NOON NWS RADAR AT UPTON, NY INDICATED THAT SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE IN ORANGE COUNTY IN A LINE FROM NEAR PORT JERVIS TO NEAR MIDDLETOWN
ALONG HIGHWAY 84. THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE
LARGE HAIL DAMAGING WINDS AND TORRENTIAL RAINS. THEY ARE MOVING EAST
NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 15 MPH.
