IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK ...SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING ACROSS ROCKLAND COUNTY TOWARD SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTY. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM HAS A HISTORY OF DAMAGING WINDS...HEAVY RAIN... HAIL...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
