000 TTAA00 KMIA 252006 RRA SVRMIA FLC011-252100- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MIAMI FL 405 PM EDT MON AUG 25 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...... IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA ...CENTRAL AND EASTERN BROWARD COUNTY AT 405 PM...MIAMI DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER WEST CENTRAL BROWARD COUNTY NORTH OF STATE ROAD 84 ABOUT 5 MILES WEST OF BONAVENTURE AND ANOTHER ONE IN WEST DAVIE. BOTH OF THESE STORMS ARE SHOWING LITTLE MOVEMENT AND ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG WINDS TO 60 MPH AND LARGE HAIL. DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
