IN SOUTH FLORIDA ...NORTHERN GLADES COUNTY AT 445 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN GLADES COUNTY. ONE SEVERE STORM WAS NEAR THE BRIGHTON INDIAN RESERVATION...AND ANOTHER SEVERE STORM WAS NEAR HIGHWAY 27 JUST SOUTH OF THE HIGHLANDS COUNTY LINE. THE STORMS WILL MOVE LITTLE. DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN... AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
