IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO ...NORTHERN LEA COUNTY AT 157 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR 21 MILES WEST OF TATUM OR 6 MILES SOUTH OF CAPROCK MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
