SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS OVER OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF ORANGE
COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN DURING THE PAST HOUR AND OVER FOUR INCHES SINCE TUESDAY
EVENING.
