THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LUBBOCK TX HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

   ...SOUTHEASTERN BRISCOE COUNTY
   ...SOUTHWESTERN HALL COUNTY
 
STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE VERY SLOWLY ACROSS
SOUTHEASTERN BRISCOE AND SOUTHWESTERN HALL COUNTIES.  VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH ANOTHER 2-4 INCHES OF RAINFALL
POSSIBLE.  RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT UP TO 4 INCHES HAS ALREADY
OCCURRED OVER THESE AREAS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
