AT 838 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS DETECTING A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR KIRKSVILLE. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH AND
WILL CROSS INTO WESTERN KNOX COUNTY AT 900 PM. THE TOWN OF HURDLAND IS
IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
 
THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF DAMAGING HAIL. IT PRODUCED PENNY SIZE HAIL
IN KIRKSVILLE AROUND 830 PM. STAY INSITDE AND AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
