IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI ...SCOTLAND COUNTY AT 802 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS DETECTING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES WEST OF THE TOWN OF MEMPHIS.
