SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 AM CDT

AT 640 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
RAPIDLY APPROACHING COASTAL MISSISSIPPI FROM THE SOUTH AND WEST. A
SQUALL LINE IN HANCOCK COUNTY WAS MOVING EAST AT 60 MPH WHILE OTHER
STRONG STORMS WERE MOVING NORHTWARD FROM THE GULF WATERS.
 
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND DEADLY LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE
PASSAGE OF THESE STORMS...PARTICULARLY ALONG THE GULF COAST FROM PASS
CHRISTIAN TO PASCAGOULA. THESE STORMS SHOULD MOVE THROUGH THE AREA BY
730 AM.
