IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS ...HARDIN COUNTY ...TYLER COUNTY AT 1145 PM...THE TYLER COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTS WATER COMING CLOSE TO SOME HOMES IN THE IVANHOE AREA ALONG HIGHWAY 69. ALSO...SOME BRIDGES IN WOODVILLE ARE CLOSE TO GOING UNDERWATER. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES UP TO 4 INCHES IN SOME AREAS OF HARDIN AND TYLER COUNTIES WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT TWO HOURS. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
