40 MPH.  BY 1040 PM...THE STORM SHOULD BE NEAR THE TOWN OF
NEWELLTON.  HAIL TO THE SIZE OF NICKELS AND STRONG WINDS CAN BE
EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.
 
PEOPLE NEAR THE STORM SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING AWAY
DFROM WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNTIL
