IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA ...MOREHOUSE PARISH AT 640 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES SOUTH OF BASTROP MOVING NORTHEAST 35 MPH. THIS STORM WILL PASS EAST OF BASTROP BY 7 PM.
