IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA ...NORTHERN MADISON PARISH AT 1038 PM CST DOPLER RADAR IN JACKSON INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST ENTERING NORTHWESTERN MADISON PARISH BETWEEN DELHI AND WAVERLY. MOVEMENT IS EAST NEAR 50 MPH. THIS STORM WILL BE AFFECTING RICHMAND AND TALLULAH BY 11 PM WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL LIKELY. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.
