IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA ...RICHLAND PARISH AT 948 PM CST DOPPLER RADAR IN JACKSON INDICATED A SHORT LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM JUST SOUTH OF MONROE TO LUNA LOUISIANA MOVING EAST NORTHEAST NEAR 50 MPH. THE LINE WILL BE ENTERING WESTERN RICHLAND PARISH BY 1005 PM AND AFFECTING THE TOWNS OF GIRARD AND ALTO BY 1015 PM. THESE STORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.
