000 TTAA00 KIND 082325 RRA SVRFWA INC087-090000- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORT WAYNE IN 625 PM EST TUE JUL 8 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WAYNE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTHEAST INDIANA ...LAGRANGE COUNTY AT 615 PM EST 715 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 40 MILES NORTHWEST OF FORT WAYNE. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. IT WILL MOVE NEAR THE CITY OF LAGRANGE. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNI8NG. REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS. HAINES
