000 TTAA00 KIND 290131 RRA SVRIND INC017-103-290215- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDIANAPOLIS IN 827 PM EST FRI MAR 28 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN INDIANAPOLIS HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 915 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA ...CASS COUNTY...MIAMI COUNTY AT 830 PM...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEAR LOGANSPORT AND WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE THROUGH LEWISBURG BY 845 AND INTO PERU BY 915 PM. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.
