000 TTAA00 KILN 012228 FFWILN OHC021-020130- BULLETIN FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILMINGTON OH 627 PM EDT SUN JUN 1 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON OH HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS EFFECTIVE UNTIL 930 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO ...CHAMPAIGN COUNTY AT 625 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED AREAS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING INTO THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN PARTS OF CHAMPAIGN COUNTY. SEVERAL ROADS ACROSS CLARK COUNTY WERE REPORTED TO HAVE WATER ACROSS THEM AS A RESULT OF THESE STORMS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 2 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS. DO NOT DRIVE YOURx VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
