WERE FIRING IN HIGHEST DEWPOINT AIR AND MOVG ALONG THE SAME BOUNDARY.
NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FLOODING IN S-CNTRL OH AND NRN KY HAVE BEEN
RECEIVED.  IR IMAGERY INDICATES COLD CLOUD TOPS CONTINUING TO DEVELOP
ACROSS WRN KY.  TREND HAS BEEN FOR EACH BAND OF PRECIP TO SLIDE SLOWLY
SEWD.  THUS...PRECIP WL TAPER OFF ACROSS NRN KY AND S-CNTRL OH BY NOON.
HOWEVER...MODELS KEEP MOISTURE ACROSS AREA AND INCREASE THE LIFT AND
INSTABILITY TOWARD 00Z SUN.  THUS... CONT CHC OF SHRA/TSRA THIS PM.
