IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...NORTHERN STEELE COUNTY AT 115 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 40 SOUTHWEST OF GRAND FORKS...NEAR ANETA. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. SFC FRONT FROM NW TIP OF MN TO BETWEEN BIS AND JMS SHOWING VERY SLOW EASTWARD MOVEMENT AND PROGS KEEP BOUNDARY NEARLY STATIONARY OVERNIGHT. AIRMASS AHEAD OF FRONT VERY UNSTABLE WITH ADAP LI'S TO -10 AND SFC TD'S AOB 70. 00Z INL SOUNDING HAD A B+ AROUND 3000 J/KG.
