IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...RAMSEY COUNTY AT 840 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF RAMSEY COUNTY. STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THIS AREA FOR THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO...PRODUCING AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN.
