IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...NORTHERN RAMSEY COUNTY AT 820 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 12 MILES EAST OF WEBSTER...OR 15 MILES NORTH OF DEVILS LAKE. THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH AND WILL CROSS HIGHWAY 17 BETWEEN STARKWEATHER AND EDMORE. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
