IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA

AT 800 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 5 MILES EAST OF TOLNA OR
30 MILES SOUTHEAST DEVILS LAKE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 15
MPH. IT WILL MOVE NORTH ALONG HIGHWAY ONE AND BE ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF
STUMP LAKE BY 810 PM.
 
YOU SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IN THE SMALLEST ROOM IN THE
INNERMOST PORTION OF YOUR HOME OR OFFICE ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR.  THE BASEMENT IS BEST.  AVOID WINDOWS AND PROTECT
