AT 550 PM...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM NORTHEAST
OF KENDALIA. THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT IN BLANCO COUNTY OBSERVED
A TORNADO APPROACHING THE KENDALIA AREA.
 
MOVEMENT WAS SOUTH AT 15 MPH.
