IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...COMAL COUNTY AT 400 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR BULVERDE. THIS STORM WILL MOVE SLOWLY THROUGH BULVERDE IN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES. PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD BE ALERT TO THE POSSIBILITY OF LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.
