IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...BANDERA COUNTY...UVALDE COUNTY AT 355 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED POSSIBLY SEVERE THUNDERSTOMS NEAR UTOPIA IN NORTHWEST UVALDE COUNTY MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MPH. ALSO... POSSIBLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO NORTHERN BANDERA COUNTY BY 415 PM. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.
