* AT 428 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3
  MILES SOUTH OF BURNS.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
  ON PRESENT TRACK THIS STORM WILL MOVE VERY CLOSE TO THE TOWNS OF
  PINE BLUFFS AND CARPENTER.

LARGE HAIL IS LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.  SEEK SHELTER INSIDE A STURDY
BUILDING AWAY FROM ALL WINDOWS UNTIL THE STORMV PASSES.
