THE SEVERE WEATHER POTENTIAL IN THE CHEYENNE NWS COUNTY WARNING AREA IS
MODERATE FOR THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON.  THIS
INCLUDES LARAMIE COUNTY WYOMING AND KIMBALL AND CHEYENNE COUNTIES OF
NEBRASKA.  ELSEWHERE TO THE NORTH AND WEST THE POTENTIAL FOR SEVERE
WEATHER DROPS TO LOW.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE BE REQUIRED IN THE FAR SOUTHEAST PART TODAY.

DISCUSSION....ALTHOUGH THE AIRMASS WILL BE A BIT COOLER...SOME MOISTURE
WILL PROVIDE MODERATE INSTABILITIES IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
WARNING AREA.  AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON...AIDING THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT AND STRENGTH.  THE MAIN
THREAT IS EXPECTED TO BE HAIL AND BRIEF HEAVY RAIN.
