AT 540 PM...MOST OF THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE CONCENTRATED IN A BAND FROM SOUTHWEST OF LARAMIE NORTHEASTWARD INTO FAR SOUTHERN GOSHEN COUNTY. THE BAND OF STORMS WAS DRIFTING EAST...WHILE INDIVIDUAL STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH.
