MORNING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING
FOR CARIBOU COUNTY INCLUDING THE COMMUNITIES OF SODA
SPRINGS...BANCROFT AND GRACE UNTIL 300 AM THURSDAY MORNING.  RADAR AND
SATELLITE INDICATE RAIN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP
AND PRODUCE SOME HEAVY RAIN FALL AMOUNTS OVER THE BEAR RIVER AND NEAR
BY STREAMS AND CANALS. A SPOTTER IN THE GRACE AREA REPORTED ONE AND A
HALF INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 500 AND 800 PM THIS EVENING.  AREA STREAMS
AND CANALS MAY RISE RAPIDLY THIS EVENING...INCLUDING SOME LOCAL
FLOODING OF CITY STREETS.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO STREAM NORTHEAST FROM NEVADA AND
UTAH AND ARE EXPECTED TO LAST UNTIL AROUND MIDNIGHT. AREA STREAMS
SHOULD DROP RAPIDLY BY 300 AM.
