IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO ...EASTERN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY AT 645 PM MST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS 5 MILES SOUTH OF CONCHAS DAM MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
