EAST OF SOUTH COFFEYVILLE TO JUST WEST OF NOWATA TO 7 MILES WEST OF
TALALA MOVING EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR. NOWATA...CETRALIA...TALALA AND
OOLAGAH ARE IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS.
