IN CENTRAL KANSAS ...DICKINSON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS ...GEARY COUNTY REPEATED RAINFALL ACROSS GEARY AND NORTHERN DICKINSON COUNTIES HAS RESULTED IN RAINFALLS OF 1.5 TO AS MUCH AS 3 INCHES SINCE 7 PM FROM WEST OF ABILENE TO NEAR JUNCTION CITY. A NUMBER OF ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED IN NORTHERN DICKINSON COUNTY. MORE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH MIDNIGHT ACROSS THIS SAME AREA AND FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY IN SOME AREAS.
