IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS ...OSAGE COUNTY...SHAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS ...JACKSON COUNTY...JEFFERSON COUNTY AT 645 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TORRENTIAL RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE AREA.
