AT 710 AM...FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN LAWRENCE COUNTY OHIO AROUND LECTA
AND PLATFORM. SYMMES CREEK AND INDIAN GUYAN CREEK WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE
PROBLEMS THIS MORNING. INDIAN GUYAN CREEK SHOULD BEGIN RECEEDING SHORTLY
BUT SYMMES CREEK SHOULD CONTINUE TO RISE THIS MORNING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
