AT 920 PM...RADAR ESTIMATES OVER 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN OVER EASTERN RALEIGH
COUNTY IN ONE HOUR NOT FAR FROM COOL RIDGE. A THUNDERSTORM REMAINS OVER
THE AREA. FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
